I began my journey at Debrecen University in 2018, pursuing a BSc in Computer Science and Engineering. During my studies, I became proficient in various programming languages, including Java, C, C++, C#, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. My coursework covered a wide range of subjects such as databases, networks, autonomous vehicles, IT security, VR development, and blockchain technology. The program also emphasized the engineering aspect, where I had to code solutions and apply them to hardware, bridging the gap between software and physical implementation. This diverse curriculum enabled me to deepen my understanding and expertise across multiple fields.
Autonomous Vehicles
Constructing a padded road from scratch is a complex task, but the long-term benefits make it worthwhile. Frame-by-frame photos that were taken from the car’s perspective are essential for achieving optimal results. Although sorting through the positive and negative images can be tedious, it is crucial for ensuring a smoother and safer journey. Attention to detail is key in making driving both safe and comfortable, as every little aspect contributes to the overall effectiveness of autonomous vehicles. Seeing all our hard work pay off with a well-constructed, measured road and a vehicle successfully navigating it was incredibly rewarding.
Python Games
I learned Python programming in university and created a variety of entertaining games, including traditional favorites like Snake and Ping Pong. These games not only kept me entertained but also improved my programming skills and taught me new techniques. Additionally, we transferred these games to a Raspberry Pi for hardware visualization, incorporating interactive elements like controlling the lights on the Raspberry Pi. This hands-on experience with both software and hardware enriched my understanding and application of programming concepts.
Computer Networks
During my undergraduate studies, I undertook a comprehensive course in Computer Networks, which provided hands-on experience with Cisco networking equipment. I worked on various networking tasks, including the configuration and management of routers, switches, and other critical network components to enable seamless device communication. This practical experience involved designing and implementing network topologies, configuring routing protocols, and ensuring network security. It was challenging yet immensely rewarding to see the networks I designed come to life and function as intended.
Block Chain Technology
I delved into the intricacies of blockchain technology, gaining comprehensive knowledge of its underlying principles and applications. This academic foundation laid the groundwork for my deeper exploration of blockchain during an internship at Bloxa Studios. Here, I had the opportunity to extend my understanding of blockchain within the context of the metaverse, witnessing firsthand how this revolutionary technology is reshaping digital landscapes. Working alongside industry experts, I engaged with innovative blockchain solutions, discovering new and creative ways to leverage its potential.
IT Security
I had the opportunity to work extensively with virtual Linux machines, where I engaged in hands-on learning of crucial security practices. From configuring SSL encryption to managing user accounts and access controls, I delved into the essential components of safeguarding digital assets and protecting sensitive information. Through practical exercises and simulated scenarios, I gained proficiency in implementing robust security measures, including the installation and configuration of SSL certificates for secure communication, as well as the creation, modification, and removal of user accounts while adhering to best practices for access control and authentication.
Mobile Solutions
I immersed myself in the intricacies of app development and deployment on both iOS and Android platforms. Through comprehensive training, I gained a thorough understanding of the processes involved in creating, testing, and deploying mobile applications. From designing user interfaces to implementing functionality and optimizing performance, I learned how to navigate the unique challenges of mobile development. With hands-on projects and practical assignments, I sharpened my skills in building responsive and user-friendly apps that meet the demands of today’s mobile users.
